Stay Away
I suggest to anyone stay away. Mislead you on policy dates and when you submit claim revoke your claim saying you were dishonest without even consulting you or asking clarity. I feel very much insulted and offended.

Dear Celia
We confirm that you did an online quotation for Pet Insurance on 22 March 2018. You were then contacted by a consultant later that day wherein the terms and conditions of the cover were discussed with you. You accepted this and your policy incepted on the same day.
On 29 March 2018 you logged a claim for an incident that occurred on 22 March 2018. During the verification of your claim it was found that the Pet (cat) you claimed for had been taken to the Vet on 22 March 2018 prior to you being contacted by the Dotsure consultant. During the voice proposal you specifically asked if the cover could start on the same day, to which the consultant confirmed yes. However, when the consultant asked if anything had happened to one of your Pets you rep**** “no”. You failed to disclose that something happened to one of your Pets earlier that day.
We confirm that your claim was declined correctly as you claimed for a condition which existed prior to the inception of the policy.
We trust you find the above in order.
