Staff put phone down in your ear
Please investigate who phoned me on 072632***x at 16h20 on Mon, 10 July 2023 from *** and then put the phone down on me when I said I did not give permission to phone me for quotes. This person is not good for your company's reputation. I take offence at being treated this way and will cancel my Dotsure Pet policy if this is how you guys find sales leads. The ticket has now been closed without any feedback…
