Spurious Reasoning - claims aren't honoured

The (half-trained) consultant considered herself to be a senior attorney, reading-in exclusions and provisions that didn't exist at all in my agreement - denying the claim for the most spurious of reasons. When I warned that this type of behaviour would result in my terminating, I was basically told to get stuffed. They closed my ticket even when I specifically indicated clearly that the matter was not resolved. Bottom line: you cannot rely on dotsure for your claims to be honoured. Spurious reasoning will be thrown out, denying your claims.
