Spoke to a fella named: Craig Terblanche. He was friendly and patient with me, he was able to explain what the company is about, what my cover plan includes and how they can assist when I need if I choose to add-on to the plan I chose. It really was a pleasure speaking to him. Again, his name is Craig Terblanche.
