Spectacular service!
Its never nice when our fur babies are sick so the last thing anyone really wants to do is bulky admin to ensure that our claim is authorized, however. If all your agents are like Michaela Cronje, then i have no complaints. My furbaby is fine and so is our pocket and piece of mind due to Dotsure and the amazing service of Michaela! Please give that lady a nice little something for December and keep up the good work!
