Sonja called and she was very good at answering my questions and selling me the policy, i am also happy that you are still able to service a client in Afrikaans. One thing that I do think you need to relook at is the dialogue page you have with the agents having to follow dealing with customers. It would be nice if you gave customers an option to add other options via email as the call duration is rather long and not all customers have the time to go through such a long call. You also loose my interest by selling me the “add ons” and the marketing request options. Again, Sonja was efficient and worked het way as quick as possible through the call
