SOFIA AND DOTSURE

On a Monday evening one week in April, our 3.5kg chihuahua scratched herself that she was bleeding, on Tuesday at !7H30 her Vet was able to see her, she was diagnosed was allergic dermatitis and duly treated for her new found symptoms. On the following morning (Wednesday) I submitted a claim to Dotsure, within 10 minutes I had a response letting me know that the claim would be attended to asap, another 10 minutes went by and I had confirmation of the Claim having been sent to the appropriate department, whereupon I got a call from Sofia's Case Manager asking if there was any assistance they could give me to make Sofia's recovery better and our nerves a little better to handle, I thanked them profusely and went on with my day.by Midday sofia had a 'Get Well' letter from Dotsure and by 16H30 the same day, the claim was relfleced in my bank account.......a slick operation by my Chihuauha's insurers all taking less than 12 hours....ASTONISHING, FABULOUS, MUCH APPRECIATED...Being that I am still fighting my own medical aid, Fedhealth over an emergency op I had on 1 January 24, dotsure's response was altogether a surprise and a gift, wish they had Medical Cover for Humans
