So Far So Good
I recently obtained a medical aid policy from DotSure for the latest addition to our family, Chloé our little French Bulldog. Their response was timeous and telephonic service was great! I was assigned with a contact person, Alexis Nel who was wonderful in answering all my questions fully and processing my application in a timeous manner. I am yet to submit a claim, so can't comment on the service when processing a claim, but at least we are off to a good start.
