I have had numerous claims with Dotsure. In essence - speedy response and pay outs to date.

I would like to provide though some constructive feedback regarding your Claims page: a) Allow for more documents to be uploaded - Sometimes there are 2+ invoices for one claim. b) Allow for the historical information that has been submitted (i.e. claim form, invoices, vet letters, etc.) to be retrievable on the site, as well as the breakdown that is sent via email explaining the pay out, be added to the respective claim. Makes life a lot easier to reconcile.
