<p>I have been attempting to obtain pet insure for about two weeks, untill just that one simple phone call form your agent Charlie (David). The friendly service and his understanding to my needs made the choice extremely easy. It put me more at ease that he could guide me on a more persoanl level than just being a salesperson. So... lets give it a year and see how this partnership develops.</p>
