I had an excellent experience with Dotsure's pet insurance. My first contact with a sales person was telephonic, they followed up with emails and friendly phone calls. 2 months after having signed up with them I needed to claim. Their paperless process of uploading a claim online was accepted and I was paid the same day. This has been the simplest and most efficient service.
