Simple and straightforward service

I contacted dotsure because I wanted to add my 16 year old dog to our policy, but I wasn’t sure if it would be possible as the online portal only gave me the option to select younger ages. Junelle helped me with this and honestly made the whole process so easy. She called me and, arranged the quote and helped me get my older girl added to the policy. I really appreciated that she took the time assist.

I’m really happy that both of my dogs can now be covered, especially knowing that my older dog can still have accident cover.
