SHOUT OUT FOR GODWIN THOBI FROM DOTSURE.CO.ZA INSURANCE FOR OUR FURRY FRIENDS ...

Over a year ago I arranged insurance for my new yorkie, Bella, and my old man, Charlie and had the most wonderful experience in every aspect! From a pleasant consultant and the informed guidance he gave me as to the best product/s available and the costs involved - I was fully up to speed on what I was purchasing and the consultant was very patient with my numerous questions, this being the first time I had put my pets on insurance. I wrote at the time to Hello Peter and gave him a stunning review - thinking I was just fortunate to hit the jackpot on the day!

However, just the other day I phoned in on behalf of my nephew to arrange insurance for his furry babies. It took me back to my call a year ago and I even asked Godwin Thobi if he had been the person that had assisted me last year with my insurance policy as the service was of the same level - if not better. He said no ... all I can say is that Godwin Thobi is a star! Once again giving me options and taking time to dot the i's and cross the t's. Dotsure know how to pick their staff and train them - it seems that whoever you speak to is well informed.

On another note - the speed at which payments are processed is unbelievable!
