Short payment with zero explanation!!!!

And they strike again.

R 1, 269.11 short paid with no explanation and no short payments indicated on the statement.

So yet again, I have to send multiple emails and shout and scream to get an answer for what they are doing.

Instead of trying to do everything 'faster than a Beagle can sniff out a treat', why do you not take more time to ensure that you provide adequate communication with regard to any and all short payments? Medical aids provide reasons for short payments AND more importantly advise what exactly has been short paid.
