SHOCKING SERVICE!!!!CDotsure goes down the drain in 2023

It seems like everything in SA eventually goes down the drain. This certainly seems like the case with Dotsure in 2023. I have submitted two claims. One they haven't bothered to get back to me on. The other, an R18k claim from Onderstepoort, they have refunded the grand total of under R3500. This is on the Exotic Plus plan with excess buster. It seems like they are fine when they receive one or two claims a year but when one of your pets falls really ill and you actually need them to pay out, then they become extremely reclusive with their feedback and don't want to pay out. Completely disgusted as I have FIVE rabbits registered with the. Will definitely have to look at alternatives.
