These days I find it important to do research on anything before getting into it. That’s exactly what I did. Read up on the reviews of Dotsure insurance for my dogs and even though a few 1 stars the 5 star reviews stood out for me. This morning at about 9:20 I was browsing through Instagram and dotsure had popped up, I sent a request for a quote expecting a call throughout the course of the day. To my surprise received a call within 15 minutes. I answered almost immediately out of excitement and then the call was dropped and I received an SMS almost immediately saying if I would like any further assistance I need to call *** with a quote reference number. The audacity of this company, I requested a quote, you call me! Why in heavens name must I call you after you drop the call??? I will now be happy to sign up with competitor.
