Shocking and Pathetic

I was in a mva yesterday in which i rolled my car and wrote it off. Firstly my tracker never notified anyone that i was in an accident. I thought this was norm? Passers by notified the police, towing company and paramedics. I then found out i wasnt covered for a courtesy car but i am for vehicle rental. I was trying to arrange for the rental car when my phone died. I to date still have not received a call or a car. So now we had to buy bus tickets just to be able to get home. The only person i can commend on how proficient she was is Loreal. She made contact with us on her private number to get details. I sent an email early this morning to Dotsure to let them know of the accident and asked them what i need to do now re my claim. It is now past 4 in the afternoon and still no response. Not even to find out if we ok. This is shocking and pathetic to say the least!
