Sharks!!

PLEASE be careful of this company PLEASE!!! After three weeks of waiting and car being written off....I get a settlement letter today....R19533.60 access on my claim....that's 10% of total retail value that I was insured for......ON TOP of that....They add another R19533.60 because there was NO 3rd Party involved...so I loose almost R40.000. I have all the emails all the complaints,the bad ratings ect. Then they sent me a revised copy of my policy with a 20% increase on my premium of a written off vehicle that now basically belongs to them 🙄 I have sent all this information through to my attorney Please fellow citizens don't insure with them. So many people warned me I should have listened. Unexceptable how far they will go to grind us.
