*SHANE LEONARD* is one of the best, most patient and gracious and incredible phone caller agent I've ever had. She was patient in my backs and forths even way before I signed up for anything! She was seamless and it was a JOY...a genuine JOY to sign up.
Thanks Shane!! And dot sure for covering our beloved dogs! We are chuffed!
