Shady insurance

Dotsure declined my claim saying that i drove the car negligently. They say i continued to drive the car with with an oil cooler problem. An investigation was conducted and their initial basis was proven wrong. They moved the goal post and pointed something else as the reason for rejecting the claim. That was also proven wrong with evidence. But they still decline and provide no further reason for rejection.
