Sev April was exceptional in his knowledge of the product as well as the calmness in which he was able to answer all my questions. I never once got the sense that he was trying to push his product and actually listened to what I needed. I already have an existing dotsure product and his interaction has once again reassured me that I am make the right choice going with yet another dotsure product. Thanks Sev April
