Setting a high standard for other companies!!! :)
Sadly I had need to claim for my fur baby but dotsure made that easy on me. With all this happening while I was sick and really not in the mood to deal with a long drawn out process. My first time ever having to claim from an insurance. They set high standards for sure! Quick response and updates on my claim the whole way. Next day it was paid out in my account, completely hassle free process . Even sent a get well soon card to my fur baby . I mean, what a personal touch ! Thank you for the service
