I had an Invoice for my doggie that I had to take to the Vet at 24h00. I phoned to find out how to submit my claim. I was helped and the submission was easy as explained to me. I got a message to confirm my submission and about 2 days later I was informed that my money would be in my account within 7 working days. I was happy for the quick working from Dotsure pet insurance and then I received a call from Emihle Klaas that explained everything to me and ensured me that the payment has gone through. |To my surprise, I received almost the full amount in my account 2 days later.
