A pet insurance claim settled in 9 minutes? Impossible?
No! This was my experience on the Dotsure claim portal. I submitted a claim before work, got an e-mail to say that my claim had been registered, and 9 minutes later a second e-mail to confirm that my claim had been finalised!
All this before 07:00! Thank you Emihle Klaas! Service with a capital S!
