Service was professional, easy and I dealt with a friendly staff member, Marizel Bernardo). Marizel has a sound knowledge of the product and catered to my needs. She didn't just try to smear off a service on me. She's easy to chat to and maybe be feel comfortable enough to know I've made the right choice, especially when business is done through technology.
