Service that goes above and beyond!
Thank you Chevanne Shear for your friendly and efficient service and helping me with my claim via your online portal when phoning was not an option! We have very bad cell phone reception where we live, thus the need for satellite internet, but that limits us to online communication and internet calls if available . She assisted me so efficiently on the Dotsure.co.za online chat portal that I never even needed to hassle to drive out to a place with decent enough reception to logg our claim on the phone! Love Dotsure.co.za!!!!
