Would just like to say well done and thank you to Bernard van Biljon from Dotsure who assisted me to sign up with Dotsure pet insurance. His service was friendly and swift (as he knew I was at work and did not try to oversell the product/s due to the time constraint).

His knowledge of the product was excellent and could explain things to me very well, this made me comfortable and felt like he had my pet's interests at heart. I would recommend him any day.
