I have had 3 claims in the last year and every single time I get contacted the same day and my claims are sorted and paid out in under 48 hours (sometimes sooner). They are really efficient and send the cutest get well wishes for your dog. Consultants are very friendly and helpful. I will definitely recommend Dotsure.
