Service

I was involved in a accident last week Saturday and I called on Monday to open my claim and the claim was assigned to Aphiwe who has never called me up until today. I call last week Thursday to find out what was happening and gave them my AR reference number. Am not happy with the service as it's a week now and I don't know what's happening with my claim. Even thinking of changing the insurance.
