Service excellence

I would like to recommend dotsure pet insurance to everyone. We took out insurance in February and claimed in April. They paid within a day exactly as they stated on the policy doc. Service is excellent, even after hours. I wish all companies in SA could have this level of service. We even received a get well soon virtual card for our dog when she was discharged from hospital.
