Service Excellence.

I have been a motor warranty client with them for a few years now and unfortunately had to submit a few claims. My most recent one earlier in the week turned into quite a pleasurable experience. Once the claim was registered the Claims Handler Mareike Steyn was onto it in a flash. I received prompt notifications of the different stages of progress with a follow up call on finalisation. The whole claim was processed and finalised within about 4 hours. Excellent service from the claims team. Well done Mareike and Sakkie.... you are doing your4 company proud.
