Service Concerns
I have faced repeated challenges with Dotsure, including unprofessional conduct, long waiting times, and a lack of adequate support.
Most recently, I submitted a claim related to my cat’s health, and when following up, I was met with dismissive and discourteous responses. This pattern of service has been consistent and deeply concerning.
Do not choose Dotsure.
