Second Thoughts

I am starting to think - have I done the right thing with signing up with Dotsure! After getting a request to send through my No Claim Bonus history I sent a copy of my previous Insurance Policy which has all the details pertaining to my NCB, only to be informed that is not good enough. I have requested a NCB letter from the Insurance, which I feel Dotsure could actually get verification themselves, and now my premium has increased without prior notice because I have not submitted the NCB Letter as yet, even though I have sent through an email informing them I am waiting for the details. I can provide the letter but they never sent me the access details which I have asked for, which I am waiting for! This was just one of the little hiccups I had so far!
