********. CON ARTISTS. **********. UNDERHANDED.
Debited my account four times without authorisation. They called me, as requested and then promised to get back to me with an update by the end of the day, but they didn't. They also promised to provide me with the recording of that call, they didn't do that either. Gave them an additional day, still nothing, so I called them, and again they promised to get back to me with an update by 12h00, but they didn't. Nor did I recieve the call recording that I requested for the second time. They also said that they would email me an official complaint from, and, of course, they didn't do that either.
And people trust this company??!!!

A representative has since contacted me and advised me of the devious system that you have in place to ensure that you get to keep the funds that you shamelessly remove from people's accounts without permission. Have you even considered that someone going to such great lengths to get you to return these funds, may be doing so because they are in dire straits?
