These guys will fabricate false information to reject a legitimate claim.

A guy by the name of Edmund Watson rejected my claim because is was within the waiting period of 60days before I can claim.

because I wasn't even a copy of the policy to read through I wasn't even aware at the time when my policy with them was instated. he basically took advantage of the fact that I wasn't sure when the policy start date was.

then later on I came across information that proves that my claim was rejected incorrectly I logged a query to have it reviewed then ultimately it was sent back to the very same person who rejected it for approval. then he suggested that I speak to his supervisor who is a very condescending individual by the name of Nathaneil Issacs.

The guy did not even consider the facts I presented to him one bit, he basically just told me they rejected my claim and that's that. He literally wasn't interested in anything I had to say.

They kept insisting that my claim was submitted on a date prior to when I actually submitted for it to fit their rejection verdict.

when I ask how that is even possible because the diagnosis report I sent them has a date on it they have no answer to that.

The worst part about all of this is the manner in which they spoke at me throughout this whole thing, extremely rude.
