I am a client of Dot.sure insurance. I am not even sure whether to call them an insurer or ****. It has been over six months now trying to settle merely R10 000 after they have asked me to pay R6500.00 as an excess of which I did. which means they only had to add R2500.00 on top. Remember I am paying these people premiums every month and we have never ever has any back pays. I have been promised by Lerato Dlamini a call from their floor manager for over three weeks now and no one ever bothered to contact me as their client. All I here are stories. They have been promising to come and fit in a tracker in my car since December 16th 2021 even now they have never even attempt to come and install that, yet they always reminds me that if anything happens to my car they will not cover it.
