Satisfied with claim process

My claim for pet insurance was sorted out super fast and efficiently. Received 2 phone calls from an agent and an email the day after submitting the claim. Only gripe I have is that I was not informed of the change in email address for submitting a pet claim, so a previous claim took a while to process.
