SATISFIED BUT NOW QUESTIONING
The 5 star rating is based on the excellent service, with a polite telephone manner and clear explanation of the pet policy provided by Gershwin Lewis, which is why I signed up with Dotsure, as there is cheaper pet cover available. However, reading some of the 1 star rating reviews for Dotsure on Hello Peter makes me wonder if I signed on with the correct insurer???
