The service at Dotsure is really great, just needs to work on premiums and offers that are creative for customers to add value and not just provide vehicle insurance. Providing solutions to lower the premiums for customers as well and there were a couple of times that information was recorded well as per what I said as a client so it was irritating about having to constantly check and ensure that all information is correct. Processing claims was easy and I was treated well.
