Sales Consultant who was actually interested in getting the right policy for ME!

<p>Charlie Verity:</p> <p>For once a sales consultant that seems actually interested in the clients needs not just to make make a sale as fast as possible.</p> <p>During his call to me, which had been arranged at a time to suit me, he discussed what was available but also discussed what I wanted to get from a policy, and assisted me in selecting the correct risk level fo ME. He was polite but friendly and gave me a feeling of confidence in him and his product. </p> <p>Like most people I hope to never have to claim for accident or illness for our loved pets but I feel that if they are as good as their Sales Consultant, we will be very happy.</p>
