Sales Consultant excellence

I phoned this morning regarding a claim query for pet insurance .... the consultants were busy but within a couple of min a consultant by the name of Taahirah Simons phoned me back. She assisted me with my claim in such a professional manner and before i had even put down the phone she had emailed me my claim form and told me how to go about with the rest of the claim . I can only hope everything goes as smoothly as that call did. Thank you so much for your kindness and making me feel better even though my doggie is sick and I'm very worried.
