Sales Agent Interaction

I did an enquiry on the website on pet insurance and was phoned by Jaco Naude who chatted me through all the pet insurance plans. We went back and forth between all the plans and he answered many questions of mine. He helped me to make an informed decision and to get a plan that is right for my dogs. So far it has been a pleasant experience interacting with dotsure.co.za. Once our insurance kicks in and we have our first claim, I will be able to review their claim process and handling :) I truly hope my view of them stays the same.
