Ruth duthie is a star ⭐
Ruth duthie has not only proven to me that customer service still exists, she went above and beyond to help me through my traumatic experience of my missing cat. I thank her for her empathy, patience and advice whilst I was unsure of whether my cat would return home safely or not. I am happy to say that he has returned and I immediately reinstated his policy. A huge thank you to the dot sure team but mostly to Ruth.
