Rude claim handler

Today was my first time submitting a claim through dot sure since i joined. I was told that a lady called Meyer was handling my claim. This lady was soo rude to me all i want to understand is by when will they reply with my claim status since my vehicle is currently at a dealer and they also need feedback from my side. This is really disappointing there was no need for the lady to be rude to me , i just needed some explanation. I think i need to find another warranty.
