****** ripping people of.
I received a call 2 weeks ago to join Carrot Health Rewards for my dog Max. The agent told me it will cost R69.00 he explained everything to me about the benefits etc. In our conversation my premium must start on the 1st of April and not 1st March. I did receive an email that the inseption date have change to 1st April today my account was debit with R350 and not even R69.00 as i was told. I'm fuming rite now they people are real ******, i did send a email few minutes back canceling Carrot Health rewards all i need is my money back.
