They refuse to pay out my cousin after his car was a right off just because he didnt have a smart box installed which was supposed to be their responsibility in having it installed because they deducted his premiums every month. Never mind the box that wasn't installed and they never did follow ups what about insurance in general? His now in a load of debt to pay a car at the bank he no longer has... I will never recommend anyone to this insurance.
