*******!! BIGGEST MISTAKE EVER!
What a *******!! I took out Dotsure insurance as they were the most reasonably priced in 2018 - R1050 per month for my small car. Boom! Nov 2019 my premium is increased to R4700. I've tried so many times to cancel but you guys just call back with better offers and when one says no, they go back and try a better off, but never cancel or close the loop! I am reporting you to the ombudsman. I want my money back and I am going to get it!
