Ridiculously low payout - NOT RECOMMENDED!!!
Their pet insurance is an absolute **** in my opinion!! My cat was hospitalised and treated for cystitis, blood tests and scans were done, she was on a drip, numerous tests being done. My bill was R7000 and Dotsure Pet Insurance only paid back R2900! Absolutely disgusted in this! After being a loyal client and oaid my monthly premium for a few years!!! Will definitely be cancelling my policy!! Not worth the monthy premium. NOT RECOMMENDED AT ALL!!!!!
