I had the pleasure of being assisted by Kaidene Anderson regarding pet insurance, and I must commend her for the exceptional service I received. From the start, she was friendly, polite, and highly professional.
What stood out most was her willingness to go the extra mile — my request was a bit out of the ordinary as I needed cover for my rabbit. Despite this, Kaidene took the time to listen carefully, answer all my questions with patience, and explain the available options in clear detail. Her product knowledge was truly impressive.
Kaidene, thank you sincerely for your outstanding assistance. You are a star performer — keep doing what you do best!
