Reverse Debits
Dotsure - Like I have said in my first review - "let us see" and guess what my account was debited with R823.67 - 3x entries.
Please reverse with immediate effect - I have tried to cancel these many times but still you went ahead and debited my account - come on guys, let`s not do this..
Please also do not send me emails stating the call has been resolved knowing you doing to do the very thing I asked you guys not to do.
I am very disappointed in this company :(
